Annabel Meggeson appointed as Red's Beauty Director
Red magazine, published by Hearst Magazines UK, is delighted to announce the appointment of Annabel Meggeson as its new Beauty Director.
Annabel has been Acting Beauty Director at Red for the past year following the departure of Sophie Forte who left to go on maternity leave. Sophie joined Harper’s Bazaar, also published by Hearst Magazines UK, as Beauty Director in June.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the magazine and beauty industry, Annabel has the perfect credentials for the role of Beauty Director. She is a talented writer and editor, having worked across a number of genres including health, beauty, style, relationship and general interest. Most recently, her work has been published in print and online for ELLE, Fabulous, London Fashion Week’s The Daily, Mother & Baby, Stylist, Sunday Times Travel, Top Sante, Zest and 4Beauty .
As an editor, Annabel has held numerous roles including Editor of Shape, Deputy Editor at Top Sante, Acting Health and Beauty Director and Acting Features Editor for ELLE and ELLEuk.com, Acting Beauty Director at Stylist, and Acting Beauty Editor at Boots Health & Beauty.
