LACOSTE launches limited edition fragrance as a tribute to its founder Rene Lacoste
 
LACOSTE is celebrating the launch of a limited edition version of their best-selling male fragrance inspired by the iconic white LACOSTE L.12.12 polo shirt and aptly named EAU DE LACOSTE L.12.12 Blanc. Available as of July 2012, the limited edition bottle draws on the legacy of the great sportsman and innovator, Rene Lacoste. The chic white outer carton features 10 crocodile images - the brand's iconic logo - in an innovative way; for the new limited edition the normally green crocodiles are coloured to embody flags from a diversity of countries around the world: the USA, Spain, France, Argentina, Australia, UK, Brazil, Japan, Germany and South Africa.
 
The new limited edition contains the same juice as the original best-selling EAU DE LACOSTE L.12.12 Blanc version. Inspired by the classic white polo short, the fragrance opens with a fresh, woody and herbal blend of grapefruit, rosemary, cardamom and cedar leaf to create a clean and aromatic first impression.
