British knitwear label Electronic Sheep appoints Forward PR

Forward PR has been appointed to represent British knitwear label Electronic Sheep. Established by designers Brenda Aherne and Helen Delany in 1999, the pair combine their disciplines to create detailed and original graphic knitwear; with the brand renowned for its strong visuals and use of unexpected colour. Electronic Sheep’s AW16 collection celebrates the hundredth anniversary of a significant year in international modernism (1916). Airships & Spaghetti was inspired by Gertrude Stein’s seminal account of bohemian life in early twentieth-century Paris. The new season features a range of collaborations, with embroidery artist Scott Ramsay Kyle and architectural historian, Conor Lucey. The new range of dresses, scarves, sweaters, skirts and waistcoats is peopled with an eclectic gallery of artists and designers who have helped shape the Electronic Sheep aesthetic.
