Marc Jacobs has announced the launch of his eponymous cosmetics line, Marc Jacobs Beauty. Beginning February 2016, the line will be available exclusively at Harrods. To coincide with this, Marc Jacobs Beauty has announced the launch of Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara (£20). The lift-holding gels create smudge-free, touchable velvet-like volume that lasts and a curvaceous lash-maximizing brush generously coats hard-to-reach roots at the centre lash line.
