Haircare and styling brand PANTENE has partnered with Karren Brady CBE to launch a new PANTENE #SHINESTRONG Fund. Designed to help inspire and enable UK women to shine stronger via the creation of a new £20,000 PANTENE #SHINESTRONG Fund, the fund aims to recognise women’s big dreams, and to give practical help towards achieving these dreams. “I want women to know that they should be tenacious, never feel guilty about championing their own dream, and should never ever be afraid to be ambitious – that’s why I’m excited to be closely involved in this new PANTENE #SHINESTRONG Fund, to hear women’s inspiring stories, and to help them where I can so they can shine strong,” says Karren. The PANTENE #SHINESTRONG Fund will identify and assist women who are not taking the usual path in their chosen field; but who might also benefit from some specific financial assistance and expert mentoring in order to be strong and shine to achieve the next rung on their ladder of success. Karren Brady will chair an expert panel of judges, including P&G marketing director, Roisin Donnelly and Cosmopolitan Magazine editor-in-chief, Louise Court who will select the recipients of PANTENE #SHINESTRONG Fund bursaries; winners will also receive a one-on-one workshop session at the House of Lords with Karren Brady in early 2015. UK and ROI women are invited to apply for a bursary in one of five specific categories of between £1,000 to maximum £5,000 from the PANTENE #SHINESTRONG Fund via an entry form online before December 31, 2014.
