Salvatore Ferragamo has announced the launch of Ferragamo MINI, a special capsule shoe collection for girls. Ferragamo MINI reworks two iconic designs from the women’s collections, this time for girls: the famous round-toed ballerina shoe, which Salvatore created for Audrey Hepburn; and Varina, its bestseller finished off with the brand’s signature Vara bow. In celebration of the launch Salvatore Ferragamo has collaborated with Italian designer Giulia Sagramola to create the campaign images, and Mattia Elfo Ascary to create a series of quirky animations. Available in sizes 9.5 – 1.5, the designs come in a wide range of textures featuring patent, soft suede, laminated or laser-cut nappa and glitter fabric. The colour palette for the collection features classic shades of Ferragamo Red, New Bisque, Oxford Blue and black; seasonal tones of Macaron, Lila and Fleur Bleu; and metallics including gold, silver and Venere in designs for special occasions. Prices range between £225 – £255.
