The Charles is made with TR90 polymer plastic, an incredibly lightweight and hypoallergenic material made to hold its shape after contouring to your face. Tonal silicone nose pads are made to grip and hold – with a wire core skeleton runners can squeeze tight during a workout, and let loose afterward. Silicone pads wrap around the ear for additional comfort and grip. The frame includes Italian-made, CR-39 Polarized lenses by Divel, that block 100% of UVA/UVB rays and prevent road glare, plus the back side has an extra anti-reflective coating to counteract any reflection coming from the eye. Flint-based Article One is dedicated to creating the highest quality eyewear possible, and The Charles is no departure from that mission.
