    Pure London teams up with LCF to support the UK’s future design talent 
     
    Pure London will again be supporting the British fashion industry’s up and coming talent this February as it presents a selection of work from London College of Fashion’s BA (Hons) Fashion Contour course within the show’s newest section, Body.   
     
    For the first time Body, which is home to lingerie, swimwear and loungewear, will feature work from LCF students on both the catwalk and in a static installation. This will showcase alongside directional designer lingerie, shapewear and loungewear brands including All undone, Claudette, Cosabella and Eberjey.  
     
    Paul McNicoll, Dean of the School of Design & Technology at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London commented “London College of Fashion is proud to announce that it will be taking part in Pure London this season.  The BA (Hons) Fashion Contour is one of a group of fashion product courses offered at LCF which are designed and delivered to provide the industry with the country’s most talented graduates. With over 12,000 UK and international fashion buyers expected at Pure London this will be the perfect opportunity for fashion insiders to pick up fresh talent for placements, work experience and graduate jobs plus an all-important insight into future trends and concepts for the intimates industry.”
     
    With more than 1,000 brands on display at February’s Pure London, UK and international buyers can source and place orders for A/W13 collections within womenswear, footwear, accessories and young fashion as well as new sections Body and Junior. The show will also be offering three stages full of catwalks, seminars and trend presentations with unmissable presentations from industry experts including the co-founders of the multi-store indie Trilogy, Founder of Red or Dead Wayne Hemmingway, Caprice Bourett, Peter Williams, a Non-Executive Director of ASOS, Deryane Tadd the founder of the multi award winning indie The Dressing Room, and Anne Furbank of the eponymous retailer Anne Furbank.
