Scratch Meals has appointed consumer lifestyle PR agency Escapade to manage the PR activity to launch its new Fit Kitchen brand. The fresh food company will be expanding into the growing healthy readymade meal market, fulfilling the growing consumer demand for intrinsically healthy, convenient products. Launching nationwide in 380 Sainsbury’s stores, the initial range consists of four modern cuisines, Pad Thai Chicken with Zesty Sauce, Middle Eastern Grilled Chicken, Malaysian Grilled Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken.
