Beauty brand Clinique has announced the launch of Pop Lip Colour + Primer, a lipstick and smoothing primer in one. The primer is designed to smooth, define and nourish lips to keep them conditioned. Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer is formulated with shea and murumuru butter, and comes in 16 shades across four colour palettes. Pop Lip Colour + Primer is priced at £16 available exclusively in Boots stores from March 27, rolling out nationwide on April 17.
