Menswear fashion label Pretty Green has teamed up with author and youth culture commentator Richard Weight to launch its brand new March of the Mods collection. The new collection falls under the brand’s spring/summer 2015 Green Label, and draws on inspiration from British scooter clubs and mod menswear. Richard Weight has released the definitive guide to mod culture entitled Mod: From Bebop to Britpop, Britain’s Biggest Youth Movement and has collaborated with Pretty Green to jointly celebrate mod’s influence on men’s lifestyle and fashion, from the 1960’s through to present day. Weight will chair a Q&A at Pretty Green’s Carnaby Street store followed by a joint launch party for his book and Pretty Green’s new collection – see Fashion and Beauty Insight Events.
