Top Model of Colour has appointed LadyCPR to handle its PR activity. Top Model of Colour International (TMC) is a modeling competition, which is now in its seventh year and is open to models from across the world, whom are of African, Caribbean, Hispanic, Oriental, African, Asian and dual heritage ethnicity. The competition is designed to provide models with exposure to the modeling industry.
