The appointment coincides with Founder Nick Fulford, who previously held the role of Managing Director since the agency’s inception, moving into the role of Chairman. The promotion will see Mischa, who previously held the title of Associate Director, move into this key leadership position to play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the agency for the future. This will include a substantial focus on driving new business growth, whilst mentoring and growing the team to continue delivering the outstanding results the agency is known and respected for. Having directed the agency’s consumer client portfolio for the past two years, Mischa will continue to act as a senior point of consult for clients across its burgeoning brand roster.
