Natural beauty brand Burt’s Bees has partnered with model Winnie Harlow on a video that presents a stark vision of a world without bees. The video captures a picturesque flower shop, set up by the brand, and rigged with trickery to surprise unsuspecting shoppers. As the florist creates bouquets, the flowers and plants in the shop start to disappear, turning the store into a stark empty space time and time again, for shoppers. The final denouement reveals the vision of a world without bees. Additionally, Burt’s Bees Coconut & Pear Lip Balm has had a spring make-over. For every Limited Edition pack sold, 5,000 bee friendly wild flower seeds will be planted in selected areas in the UK, offering nearby bees a nutritious and much-needed feast.
