Wild Beer Co has announced the launch of its Sleeping Lemons Gin. The new gin incorporates the taste of preserved lemon beer, with delicate notes of lemon and pine. The botanical mix is steeped overnight in a British wheat-based spirit and distilled the following day. The undiluted spirit/gin is diluted down to 40% ABV using filtered water and a intense liquor consisting of caper brine, citric acid, sugar and salt. Ingredients include juniper berries , coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice root, lemongrass, lemon verbena, lemon zest, preserved lemons and caper berries. Priced at £42.
