    Burberry launches My Burberry fragrance

    Today sees the launch of My Burberry from British fashion label Burberry. Created by Burberry Chief Creative and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bailey, this new fragrance for women takes its name from the affectionate way in which people refer to their Burberry trench coat. The scent is inspired by a London garden after the rain and its glass bottle is based on the same design principles and craftsmanship as the Burberry trench coat, featuring a hand-tied ribbon knot made from English-woven gabardine honouring the trench coat fabric, and a horn-effect cap reminiscent of the buttons. The scent features top notes of sweet pea and bergamot; heart notes of geranium, golden quince and freesia; and base notes of damask, centifolia roses and patchouli. My Burberry is priced at £90 (90ml) and £65 (50ml). The campaign features longstanding Burberry models, Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne, marking their first appearance together in a campaign, shot by Mario Testino.
