Launching on March 1, the elixir can be used as a serum, mask or balm, and contains a combination of natural and synthetic oils. Designed to leave the skin plumped and restored with radiance, key ingredients include safflower seed oil, rice bran oil and shea butter. Neovadiol Magistral Elixir is priced at £29.75.
