This month sees the launch of African-inspired fashion brand JEKKAH. Produced in The Gambia by local tailors using local African wax print fabrics, JEKKAH specialises in prints that fuse traditional patterns with current urban street wear designs. The London-based ethical brand produces a limited run of each print and only employs local Gambian tailors wherever possible to support The Erase Foundation charity, which builds schools and orphanages in the West Africa region.
