Julia Sugden PR has been appointed to handle PR activity for Gina McAdam, a luxury, English milliner specialising in bespoke bridal, vintage and full feather headpieces. Inspired by old style glamour, French art deco and Hollywood sirens, each piece is hand crafted from a mixture of feathers and jewels combined with vintage textiles. Each collection reflects the seasons and the colour palette nature provides at the time of production. Feathers are featured in nearly all of Gina’s creations and with a responsibility to consider the environment from which the materials are taken, the collection features native British game feathers including pheasant, partridge, woodcock, jays, peacock which are sourced during the English shooting season and year round from local estate gamekeepers and then sprayed or dyed. Bejeweled features are sourced from vintage textile stock. The full collection is available online with prices ranging from £100 to £1,000.
