British GQ appoints Style Columnist

British vlogger Jim Chapman has been appointed as Style Columnist for GQ, with his first column published in the magazine’s October issue, on sale now. “I am delighted that Jim Chapman has become a GQ contributor. Already familiar to millions thanks to his extraordinarily successful YouTube channel, he is rapidly becoming one of the most recognisable faces in style journalism. To welcome him to the team at the UK’s most stylish men’s magazine is entirely fitting,” commented Robert Johnston, Style Director of GQ. Jim’s first column, published in the October Men Of The Year issue, sees the internet star muse upon the judging of the annual GQ Grooming Awards as well as his own regime. Earlier this year Jim was ranked in the top twenty of GQ’s annual best-dressed men. As of September 2015, he has over 2.4 million subscribers to his YouTube channel and over 129 million video views as well as commanding a social media audience of over 1.5 million followers on both Instagram and Twitter.
