The British Fashion Council (BFC) has announced Swarovski as the official partner of the 2015 British Fashion Awards for a second consecutive year. Last year’s ceremony saw over 400 VIPs and industry professionals in attendance, alongside a sold out auditorium of over 2,000 guests, with attendees including Alexa Chung, Anna Wintour OBE, Cara Delevingne, David Beckham OBE, Emma Watson, John Galliano CBE, Kate Moss, Lana del Rey, Lewis Hamilton MBE, Naomi Campbell, Nicolas Ghesquière, Rihanna, Samantha Cameron, Tom Ford and Victoria Beckham. The 2015 awards will be hosted by British comedian and actor, Jack Whitehall at the London Coliseum on November 23. As part of Swarovski’s ongoing contribution to the British Fashion Awards it will once again create a bespoke award for the ceremony, the ‘British Fashion Awards Crystal Trophy by Swarovski’ that will be presented to each of this year’s winners. The 2015 British Fashion Awards nominees are: Emerging Womenswear Designer: Faustine Steinmetz, Molly Goddard and Thomas Tait; Emerging Menswear Designer: Astrid Andersen, Grace Wales Bonner and Mr Hare; Emerging Accessory Designer: Charlotte Simone, Fernando Jorge and Jordan Askill; New Establishment Designer: Craig Green, Emilia Wickstead and Mary Katrantzou; Establishment Designer: Erdem, Margaret Howell and Paul Smith; Womenswear Designer: Christopher Kane, J.W. Anderson and Victoria Beckham; Menswear Designer: E. Tautz, J.W. Anderson and Tom Ford; Accessory Designer: Charlotte Olympia, Sophia Webster and Tabitha Simmons; Red Carpet: Christopher Kane, Erdem, Roksanda and Tom Ford; Brand: Alexander McQueen, Anya Hindmarch, Burberry and Stella McCartney; Model: Georgia May Jagger, Jourdan Dunn and Malaika Firth; Creative Campaign: Burberry, Céline and Givenchy. Other awards will also be announced on the night, including BFC Outstanding Achievement, British Style, International Designer and the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator.
