clo&flo, the luxury hair salon run by sisters Chloe and Florence Bellas, has joined forces with London-based private member’s establishment, the South Kensington Club to create a Halloween Beauty Pop-up. The pop-up will offer an array of Halloween hair styles, supernatural make-up and spooky manicures from 16:00 until 20:00 between October 29-31. Prices range from £30/£35 for a Halloween Blowdry/Updo, £35 for Halloween Nails and £40 for Halloween Make-Up.
