Grafton International has appointed health and beauty specialist, Pegasus, to lead its consumer communications in the UK. Pegasus’ healthy beauty team will be working with Grafton International to provide PR to support classic beauty brand Rose & Co. and the Patisserie de Bain diffusion line; holistic natural health and wellbeing brand, Kneipp (pictured); and scientifically advanced sheet face-mask brand, Skin Republic.
