Harriet Hunt Communications has been appointed to handle the UK press and publicity for The Lodge Rio. Conceived exclusively for the Olympic Games by specialist event production and consultancy firm NP+Co, The Lodge Rio provides a serviced members’ club-style venue. Occupying Solar Real, a colonial mansion in the Santa Theresa region, it comprises private rooms, terraces, a pool and extensive gardens available for corporate and private client events for a maximum of 600 guests. The flexible interior design and furnishings may be tailored for specific brand identity, branding and ownership. Harriet Hunt Communications will be implementing a targeted consumer lifestyle and trade media relations campaign including the creation of innovative experiences, strategic partnerships and inspirational events that communicate The Lodge Rio’s unique offering.
