Counsellor and life coach Christine Elvin launches blog
Counsellor and life coach, Christine Elvin has announced the launch of a blog to help people overcome a range of mental health issues. The blog is designed to help sufferers of a range of mental health issues come to terms with them and ultimately deal with them through self-help exercises. Christine’s first no-nonsense self-help book is coming out in 2016 and her blog follows the same theme; jargon-free helpful tips for people understanding and overcoming mental health issues. Her first few blog posts have given readers visualisations to work on; a mind exercise that can improve a range of mental health issues. Christine has also started to touch on OCD, anxiety, low self-esteem and bereavement. As well as this, Christine offers her readers tips on how to get the perfect work life balance and how to turn change into a positive aspect of your life. Christine’s experience in mental health is unique; as a sufferer of OCD and anxiety in the past, her methods are not only based on her academic experience, but also on her personal experiences and what worked for her during this difficult time.
