Art-based online magazine FAD has announced the appointment of its new fashion editor Stephanie Talbot. Additionally the title is relaunching early March 2014 with a brand new website alongside a new strapline: the former ‘cool art stuff’ is changing to ‘FashionArtDesign’. Besides its art and design focus, the title will be strengthening its fashion features. Stephanie’s aim is to extend beyond all things sartorial to address style, lifestyle and trends within a wider visual cultural framework emphasising fashion’s crossover links with other creative disciplines. Regulars will include Sneak-a-Peek, which takes a look into the studios, homes or wardrobes of creative-minded people. Other regulars include: interviews, Q&As, features, in-depth designer profiles, exhibition and event reviews, opinion pieces, commentary, columns, news stories and video content. Stephanie will work across fashion editorial and will also be responsible for coordinating fashion shoots. Additionally she will cover visual culture content and work as one of FAD’s arts correspondents. Stephanie will also continue to write her style and lifestyle blog thehouseofneonweather.com.
