Hearst Magazines UK has announced the appointment of Ella Dolphin as Group Commercial Director. In her new role she will take ownership of Hearst Magazines UK’s commercial strategy leading an experienced sales team and devising creative products and solutions for advertisers across mobile, tablet, web, print and events.
