Stephan Krug has been appointed as Managing Director of Highline United Europe, taking over from previous President and CEO Marcus Meyer, who left the lifestyle group by mutual agreement to pursue new challenges. With immediate effect Stephan Krug, will be taking over the management of Highline United Europe, having most recently managed his own consultancy company in the Stuttgart region and previously General Manager of the Collective Brands’ Performance + Lifestyle Group BV, Sales Director of Wolverine Europe Ltd., Managing Director of Clarks and Sales Director of Timberland. Highline United is a lifestyle corporate group, which specialises in high-quality footwear in the premium sector. Marcus Meyer founded Highline United Europe in 2011 in cooperation with the Max Oriental Group. Highline United will continue to expand as a large, lifestyle business in Europe and the Middle East. The portfolio currently comprises of the following brands: ASH, French Connection, Luxury Rebel, Julian Hakes, Elie Tahari and Nylo. In the UK, Daniela D’Aveni continues as UK Sales Director.
