Kao Brands Europe Limited has announced the appointment of Debbie Rix as UK General Manager. Debbie, who will be based at the company’s European headquarters in London, joins Kao Brands Europe Limited from Revlon and brings over 20 years of experience in strategic brand marketing. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the UK consumer business across the Kao portfolio of brands including John Frieda Brands and Biore.
