    Gemma Painter, previously the Group Marketing and Promotions Manager at Shortlist Media, has been appointed as Commercial Strategy and Partnerships Manager at My Beauty Matches. My Beauty Matches is the personalised, impartial beauty site that marries the consumer’s individual beauty needs with the best-matched beauty products from the UK’s most trusted retailers. The site currently offers recommendations from more than 1,500 brands and 300,000 products, ranging from boutique and high-end labels to budget brands that include skin care, makeup, body products, hair care, fragrances and hand and foot care. Gemma will be responsible for digital partnerships, retailer agreements, advertising and sponsorship. Her initial focus will involve working with online businesses looking to amplify customer reach through mutually beneficial partnerships.
