Bi-annual print and digital cultural journal Re-bel Magazine has announced the appointment of Joel Dash as Executive Editor. Joel will work closely with Publisher Jaiden James and Fashion Director Rasharn Agyemang overseeing all content and will lead the titles communication and commercial strategies to further the Re-bel print and digital profiles. Issue 8 of Re-bel Magazine goes on sale March 2015.
