The Sunday Telegraph has announced the launch of a newly designed Stella magazine. Additionally, Sarah Clark has been appointed as Fashion Editor-at-Large. Having previously worked for Marie Claire, Glamour and Red, Sarah will be producing main fashion shoots for the magazine.
