    An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager at Fashion and Beauty Insight, the provider of News, Alerts, Events and Contacts across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries.

    Key Responsibilities

    Outbound Sales
    Contact warm leads
    Make cold calls
    Research new business leads
    Perform online previews
    Meet weekly call volumes
    Achieve weekly targets
    Attend industry events for networking purposes

    Inbound Sales
    Understand customer requirements
    Highlight service benefits
    Update CRM

    Account Management
    Manage existing subscribers
    Track accounts due for renewal

    Experience & Skills
    At least 12 months previous subscription sales/telesales experience
    Experience in targeting new business leads
    Comfortable working in a small team
    Strong negotiation skills
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
    Motivated to achieve sales targets
    Ability to thrive under the pressure
    Ability to build strong customer relationships
    The ideal candidate is proactive and committed to reaching targets

    Salary: Negotiable + Uncapped Commission
    Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Flexible)
    Location: London SW18 (Wandsworth Town)
    Contract: Temp to Perm
