Anthropologie has announced its collaboration with interior designer Kit Kemp to create an exclusive home furnishings collection. Folkthread, which marks Kit’s first furniture and décor collaboration, embodies her signature style, described as ‘colourful’ and ‘carefree’. The collection presents a mix of contemporary and traditional forms, artistic and ethnic influences, bold and neutral colours and interesting textures. Pieces include upholstered armchairs with inspired hand appliqué animal motifs and oak side tables with geometric lines. Folkthread will debut in Anthropologie stores in March and will also be available online. The 14-piece collection includes furniture, textiles, wallpaper and rugs. Prices range from £148 to £898.
