Blonde and Black Publicity has been appointed to handle all PR and publicity for PUSH Mind and Body, the UK’s first re-bootcamp featuring high-intensity training and clean eating with nutrition, mindfulness and coaching. The retreat runs over four days and four nights with dates running throughout 2016.
