CutECOsmetics introduces US mineral makeup brand Concrete Minerals to the UK. Launched in 2009, Concrete Minerals offers richly-pigmented mineral makeup free from contain parabens, fragrances, artificial flavours, nano-particles, bismuth oxychloride or talc. CutECOsmetics.co.uk will be stocking a selection of eye makeup including Pro Matte Eye Shadows, Mineral Eye Shadows and Eye primer from next week with prices starting from £6.
