Cosmopolitan has announced the launch of The Cosmo Body Show on TV. The health and fitness programme, which debuts on January 13 at 22:00 on Sky’s FAB TV (channel 254), is Cosmopolitan’s first TV series in the UK and follows the success of Cosmopolitan Body, Cosmopolitan’s health and fitness magazine and online offering. The show covers everything women need to know to feel inspired to lead healthier and happier lives, speaking to experts and body confidence champions from athletes, to women who have overcome eating disorders and models who have made a career out of not being size zero. The show includes: Workouts that work, Healthy eating how-tos, Chic fitness fashion, and Beauty tips and tricks. The content will also be split into relevant videos available online at cosmopolitan.co.uk. The Cosmo Body show will air every Tuesday night at 22:00 on FAB TV for eight weeks from January 13.
