The winners of the Cosmopolitan Fashion Awards were announced yesterday evening at Cosmopolitan #FashFest at Battersea Evolution. The awards, which celebrate the best in high street fashion retailing, were judged by an expert panel consisting of Millie Mackintosh, Laura Whitmore, Disneyrollergirl, Louise Court, Cosmopolitan’s Editor-in-Chief and Shelly Vella, Cosmopolitan’s Fashion and Style Director.
