Doll Beauty has announced the launch of its new highlighter. Last night saw the Doll Beauty team celebrate their first birthday with celebrity guests James Lock and Pete Wicks at 1539 Chester. The TOWIE reality TV stars joined a host of celebrity MUA’s, beauty bloggers and Instagram stars to celebrate the brand success in Cheshire and the new highlighter launch. Available from 17 July.
