ELLE UK partners with Somerset House to launch exhibition

 

ELLE UK has partnered with Somerset House to launch This is LONDON exhibition. The exhibition of 20 images features exclusive behind-the-scenes access to designers including Tom Ford, Mulberry, Christopher Kane, and Erdem as they prepare for their London Fashion Week catwalk shows. This is LONDON project will be on display in Somerset House during London Fashion Week and London Fashion Weekend from September 13-22. Photographed by Yara De Nicola, This is LONDON captures a reportage portfolio and features unseen and ‘secret moments’ of designers at work including Tom Ford, Christopher Kane, Richard Nicoll, Henry Holland, J.W Anderson, Jonathan Saunders, Erdem and Roksanda Ilincic. The exhibition will be launched September 12 with an invitation-only party at The Sanderson London. The full This is LONDON portfolio appears across 35 pages in the October issue of ELLE magazine, on sale now, and is also downloadable on a separate app containing extra never-seen-before images from the shoots as well as videos of catwalk shows from each designer.
