Nail brand essie has announced Rebecca Minkoff, designer and owner of the namesake fashion label, as essie’s new Global Color Designer. In her new role as Global Color Designer, Rebecca will bring a wealth of knowledge to the brand’s on-trend vision and provide her perspective on the brand’s color direction for future essie collections. Rebecca and the essie team worked together to create the Spring 2015 Flowerista collection, which will be available worldwide in March. This is to be the first of many upcoming essie collections Rebecca will influence. Rebecca says, “I have always had a lifelong passion for vibrant nail color and nail art – they are the perfect accessory and offer every woman another unique way to express herself. I am thrilled to take my relationship with essie one step further and look forward to a successful and colorful journey!”
