This month marks the launch of eyewear brand KITE. Founded by Asad Hamir, KITE aims to offer a new optician experience by re-designing the eye-care journey for consumers with its own brand of personal service, eye-care and on-trend frames at an affordable price. Crafted using the highest quality materials, KITE frames are handmade in Italy and feature double polished acetate frames, created in partnership with premium German lens manufacturer, ZEISS. The range currently includes 317 frames consisting of 27 designs and a wide variety of colours and lenses. Every frame is available with both optical and tinted ZEISS lenses (100% UV protected), with sunglasses from £125 and opticals from £150 (including prescribed lens). KITE will launch its new store at Westfield Stratford on March 24 alongside its online store.
