Fitness trainer Hollie Grant launches The Model Method
November 1 sees the launch of The Model Method, a personalised online fitness and food programme. Created by trainer and founder of the London-based PilatesPT studio, Hollie Grant, The Model Method combines video workouts, nutritional information, recipes and fitness testing. The programme expands on Hollie’s challenging and results-driven training regime, which works on slimming the legs and arms, toning the stomach, reducing body fat, and creating a leaner physique. The Model Method is a fusion of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and pilates which provides a unique combination of fat-burning cardio with strength-based Pilates exercises including squat jumps; burpees; rowing; plyometric lunges and tricep extensions. Starting with an online consultation to establish the client’s current level of fitness, fitness goals and the areas of the body they would like to target, the team will design a six-week plan based entirely on each client’s personal needs. The plan will consist of personalised workout videos, a Starter Pack from LifeBox Food Co and an educational cookbook Nourish, which has been created alongside health coach, Jenny Millichip. Teaching the client how to eat and feel amazing for the rest of their life, the comprehensive book will focus on re-educating rather than calorie counting. Priced at £120 for six weeks.
