French Sole has announced an exclusive collection designed in collaboration with fashion designer and founder of the iconic 1960s Biba store, Barbara Hulanicki. The capsule collection comprises nine designs across Barbara’s favoured French Sole styles, the Boardwalker sneaker, Penelope point, and revamped Gabi boot. The new styles crafted exclusively for Barbara’s capsule collection include the Urban ankle boot, Gabi boxing boot and Penelope wedge. The concealed wedge and the illusion of these styles being “flat” is a significant feature of the collection. Barbara Hulanicki for French Sole launches in December 2016 in French Sole stores and online. Prices range from £175 – £195.
