Specialist frozen cocktail brand LIC (Love Iced Cocktails) has announced the launch of its Mulled Wine frozen cocktail. Launching on November 12, the brand’s cocktail contains a secret formula to create a frozen drink with the strength of a regular drink (10%ABV) and completely natural ingredients. Warm Indonesian spices, including Sri Lankan cinnamon, fresh nutmeg and star anise, add spicy and sweet flavour notes familiar to lovers of mulled wine which are balanced by zingy lime, lemon and flavourful red wine. The frozen cocktail will officially launch and be available to preview at the three day Yelp & Covent Garden Festival held on the East Piazza from November 12-14. Celebrity fans of LIC include Blonde, Sam Smith and Rudimental.
