Restaurateur Rajesh Suri has announced the launch of his own venture, Grand Trunk Road in South Woodford this November. The restaurant will be inspired by food from the chronicled stretch of land from the 16th century, a culinary dedication to the evocative flavours of Indian history. Rajesh has once again teamed up with Head Chef Dayashankar Sharma to devise an offering of regional dishes with an appreciation for traditional cooking methods. Menu highlights include Crusted Seared Scallops with Red Pepper, Garlic & Tomato Chutney and Pheasant Supreme with Pickling Spices and Yoghurt.
