The new H&M Sport collection offers an expanded concept with focus on performance, fit and function. Launching in January 2014, the new H&M Sport will offer greater choice and new designs for more sporting activities, reflecting the increasingly active lifestyles of women, men and children. The new H&M Sport collection has been designed with input from world-class athletes from the Swedish Olympic team, placing the emphasis on performance, with a focus on fashion. As well as a new visual identity, H&M Sport will also have its own dedicated area in selected stores. WOMEN For women, H&M Sport offers pieces for a range of activities including a windproof and water-repellent running jacket and garments for all other running needs; athletic quick-dry pieces for workouts; loose and comfortable garments for body and mind activities such as yoga. There are also protective fleece jackets and water-repellent bottoms. Functionality and comfort are key to the design offered by three types of sports bra available in black, white, grey, and hot pink. MEN For men at H&M Sport include running jackets in both block colours or prints and printed running T-shirts. The collection also includes athletic kit such as work-out T-shirts, warm-up tops and trousers and sleeveless hoodies. For the outdoors there are insulating jackets and base layers, as well as a key fully-waterproof shell jacket. For tennis there is an essential polo shirt and tennis shorts. CHILDREN H&M Sport has pieces for boys and girls of all ages and includes sportswear such as football kit and tracksuits, athletic kit and tennis gear, as well as a range of swimwear. There is also a special dance kit and a full range of outdoor sport garments for all weather and conditions.
