Footwear designer Kim Kwang appoints Rouge Noir PR 

 

Footwear designer Kim Kwang has appointed Rouge Noir PR to handle its PR activity. Kim Kwang worked alongside Jimmy Choo on the Jimmy Choo “Couture Shoe Collection”, as a footwear designer before establishing his own self-styled brand ‘Kim Kwang’.
