Parisian fragrance house L’Artisan Parfumeur has announced the launch of Rose Privée this April. The scent is a celebration of the rare May Rose and the result of a collaboration between a master perfumer, Bertrand Duchaufour, and his apprentice, Stéphanie Bakouche. Rose Privée interprets the May Rose in a contemporary way with the absolute of May Rose as the central ingredient, married with carnation, magnolia and lilac. Notes also include basil and violet leaves with refreshing rose, and base notes of patchouli and hay. Rose Privée Eau de Parfum launches in April priced at £77 (50ml) and £95 (100ml) available in L’Artisan Parfumeur boutiques, concessions and online.
