Levi’s partners with EKOCYCLE initiative to launch limited edition 501 jean

 

Levi’s has launched a limited edition 501 jean made using the Levi’s Waste<Less technology in partnership with the EKOCYCLE initiative. Levi’s Waste<Less collection is an innovative denim line that is made of post consumer waste – eight plastic bottles per pair of jeans to be exact. EKOCYCLE was founded by will.i.am in partnership with Coca Cola, which seeks to educate consumers about everyday recycling choices to change how they treat and think about waste. Other products made in part from recycled materials will also be rolled out including: Beats by Dr. Dre EKOCYCLE headphones, Case-Mate Barely There Case and New Era caps. The limited edition Levi’s 501 Waste<Less jean will be available globally at Levi’s stores and online at levi.com.
